Adam Landrum is an Executive Coach and founder of Made to Matter Coaching, focused on helping individuals in the second-half of their lives to lead with purpose and achieve their dreams. His work centers around offering clarity and direction to those navigating career transitions, defining their organizational roles, or embarking on new ventures. Through personalized coaching, Adam enables his clients to uncover their life’s purpose and second-career aspirations, guiding them towards a life filled with greater fulfillment and impact.
Adam received his training from two different coaching bodies, including iPEC and The Conscious Leadership Group. His clients include executives ranging from Fortune 500 companies to successful entrepreneurs and has served executives in sectors that include tech, biomedical, health care, real estate, manufacturing, professional services, and more.
In Adam’s early career, he worked for the largest professional service firm in the world at the time, Arthur Andersen, and later became the founder and CEO of Up&Up, a nationally recognized brand and marketing firm exclusively serving universities. He successfully exited the company he founded by selling his firm. He is the author of The Life That Matters Manifesto: The 11 Principles to Know and Commit to Live a Life That Matters. He resides in Greenville, SC with his wife, Shely. They are proud parents of their four children.
